Hi,

you could do reviews of books Starting Strength and Practical Programming, both written by Mark Rippetoes. Great books on how to get stronger and more muscular (if you want to!). They are no-bull books that cut through BS info..

Nice blog! Good title ;) Gonna keep an eye on ya.

Cheers

Adrian, thanks. I love both of those books. Starting Strength is going to round out the 10 Essential Strength Books. Awesome suggestions. You’re obviously brilliant and that’s why you’re here!

Josh-

Hey there. I have got to say, you are such a positive person and very inspiring. I met you a couple years ago when I cut you hair, lol. I had asked you what you did for a living and you told me you were a librarian but had started a blog. I was very intrigued and asked you what the website was and you told me a bit about your “story”. For the life of me, I couldn’t find it! I was bummed a bit because I could relate even if just a little with your history. I was born with spina bifida and my parents were told I would never walk and would forever be dependent on them … I beat the odds. I have a pretty normal life, I walk, and am only dependant on myself for the things my doctors never thought I would be. I think we all grow from our experiences and “situations” if you will, and as long as you keep positive and be a good person, that’s all that truely matters. As I was driving home tonight, I saw a car with your website on the back window. I was so excited to get home and check it out. I think this is a great site and your positive words were very inspiring to me. I hope you keep this up because you are definitely an inspiration to many!
