Strength Training Log – 1-19-11 PM Session: Bending and more Vulcan

As so often happens now that I’m training with Gym Movement, I have a hard time not working out more than once a day. This is usually because my workouts are quite easy and usually pretty brief. There’s very little wear and tear.

It’s been a few months since I did any bending, but the red nail is on my goal list this year. I just played around with a handful of 60d nails I had lying around the house. Still pretty easy, but a far cry from the grade 8s I was working on in 2010. time to get back on it.

Also hit a few closes with the vulcan on Level 7, Wasp spring.
