Strength Training Log – 01-19-2011 Vulcan Grippers

Another huge day of improvements in the strength training log. I like the vulcan gripper more and more each day.

Today at lunch, using the wasp spring, I was able to hit 81 total reps in 5 minutes, a 17 rep improvement over the previous workout.

My longest set is currently my right hand at 8 reps. Left is 6. Level 4

I expect these results will continue for a while. I can nearly close level 8 right now, but anything above level 4 fries me pretty quickly and the reps are very low.
