Another day, another PR in the wild world of gripper training. I’m really falling in love with the Vulcan Gripper. the lowest level still tests the best, and I’ve decided I like working within the 5 minute block quite a bit, so today it tested well, I started the stopwatch, and just went at it.
Today I got 63 closes on Level 4 with the wasp spring, which is a 9 rep improvement over my most recent session of grip training. Three days ago, big increase in reps, zero increase in effort. Fun stuff.
