Strength Training Log – 1-1-11 Vulcan Grippers and Kettlebell swings

Good session tonight. Starting to feel like myself again. I just did five minute blocks of kettlebell swings, vulcan grippers, and a couple of sets with the Ironmind headstrap.

Horne vulcan gripper: Level 4: 54 closes in 5 minutes, a 16 rep PR from yesterday.

Kettlebell swings, 24 kilo, one hand, 89 in three minutes.

Neck work: 20 kilo kettlbell x 15 reps to the front, 14 to the back. PRs in reps/set

Looking forward to tomorrow.
