As far as “Get Stronger, Get Smarter, Live Better Every Day,” I suppose I’m going to have to jam this post in under the live better part. Or maybe I should add (and use this cheese knife!) to the tagline. I can’t believe it’s come to this, but today I am writing about something that has made my life a little better: it is a knife that I use to cut blocks of cheese with. The knife has a yellow handle and a white blade made of some crazy material that cuts through a block of cheddar like it is made of…I don’t even know. Remember that scene in the old Clash of The Titans where Perseus gets the sword that can hack through stone pillars?
I do. It has nothing on this knife, as long as you substitute cheese for stone pillars. Why does this all matter to me? Because cheese is my favorite food that’s why. Well, that and the only other idea I had for a post today was to take a super-closeup picture of my ear canal and make you guess what you were looking at.
I eat lots of the stuff. I truly do, and now I can cut it more easily. I am tired of digging at a block with a steak knife only to wind up with the handle broken off in my hand and the knife wedged into the Havardi.
Is it good for me? It tastes like it is, so it must be so.
I’m no cook. I’ve said that before. But I’m married to one and my little sister has the ability of a professional chef and loves nothing more than to try to make things taste better. She gave us this knife for Christmas. And now, without further adieu, here she is:
Isn’t she beautiful? That knife is the secret to life everlasting. And it cuts cheese really well. Go buy one and start cutting that piece of limburger that has been mocking you into ribbons!
