Another interesting morning of strength training. The barbell pullovers and presses in extension from the thoracic vertebrae and hips continues to test well and make my slippery rib and xyphoid process pain feel great.
Today I walked into the Crossfit NRG gym to the sight of approximately a billion people doing barbell jerks at speed. I think every single one of their members was there. I waited in the hall and read for an hour before going in and doing a few sets of high rep squats with the Ironmind belt. 100 lbs is still plenty of weight to challenge me with sets of 20-30 reps. That was about all I did today besides throwing in the axle extended presses and a couple of pullups with the 16 kg kettlebell.
