Feeling crappy today–sore throat–but still got a decent strength training session in before teaching my kettlebell class. Tonight I was in the mood to do low reps of higher weights. I was able to pull a sumo deadlift easily at 405 for several singles, which is about a 75 pound Personal best. PR every day.
I was also able to do singles or doubles front squats with 185 throughout the night. Not great numbers, but my long levers are starting to adapt to the squat pattern better.
Also did a bunch of kettlebell snatches with the 32 and a handful of plate curls with a 35.
A good, light night. Class was fun, too.
