Y’all, I’ve decided to keep my Gym Movement training log on this page. I won’t be sending it out to the feeds, it’s just easier for me to do it here than trying to keep it straight on another site.
After one swell week on my goal of lifting one million pounds, my throat hurts as bad as it ever has. Blah. So today at lunch I did a very light strength training session in the library’s adorable little fitness room, which suffers from a severe lack of plates.
Strength Training 11/8/10
Bench tested well, so I put 135 on the bench press and pressed for 5 minutes until I was all clammy. I only got 48 reps. Time to hit the neti pot and sleep for about 14 hours.
