How To Join The Monthly Book Club On World’s Strongest Librarian

by Josh Hanagarne on May 30, 2010

Another brief, unexpected Sunday post. I had an idea that I love and I want to get it out here before I forget.

Have you ever been a member of a book group? Basically, you agree on a book and everyone reads it that month, or week, or whatever your time permits. Then you all get together and discuss it.

I propose that for anyone who is interested, we do that here on World’s Strongest Librarian.

If you are interested, bookworm, I’m going to be announcing the reading selections in the Newsletter. If you haven’t subscribed and you want to be in the book club, this is the time to do it!

Please Subscribe here. The newsletter comes out on the first day of each month.

And of course, if you have suggestions for what we could read and discuss, I want to hear about it!

Great idea Josh! I suggest the first book we read and discuss is your book, “The Knot.”

I just started reading your book and I’m enjoying it. It’s an excellent summer book. Personally, I like discussing books with the author because the reader gets to understand your work through your eyes and you get to see how readers interpret what you’ve written.

My vote is to read “The Knot” as the first book in the book club.

I’m interested in this book club idea and agree that “The Knot” would be a great book to discuss first.
