When I started the blog, I only made a couple of rules. I only wanted to write stuff that would be timeless. Not in the sense of legendary or brilliant or unforgettable, but stuff that would be as relevant ten years from now as it is today.
I also vowed that I wasn’t just going to turn into a lazy blog full of videos and links to other things. Plenty of other people are doing that.
However, my new favorite website, Everything Is Terrible, is making me change my plans, as least for today. EIT is a collection of terrible, weird, kitschy, or all of the above old videos that people have found.
It’s been a long time since I’ve laughed this hard. The sheer insanity of some of the touchstones of these decades is epic.

I know you have certain rules for your blog, but anyone would understand you breaking them for Billy Ray. I certainly don’t hold it against you. Love those skinny jeans, by the way.
