It was another great week on World’s Strongest Librarian. Here were some of the highlights:
- My sponsorship contest got off to a bang and the response has been a little intimidating.
- You geniuses debated about a definition of humor.
- The lovely and brilliant Laura Cococcia dropped by for a book review of Mental Floss.
Thanks as always. I write because you read.

I hope you had a wonderful anniversary! What did you end up doing to celebrate, if you don’t mind me asking? I hope it involved quizzing each other from the Mental Floss book, as one does. Chat soon!
Laura, we went to a movie–District 9–and out to lunch. Then we had family over for some different things. Pretty low key, but we both get to take trips in December for our gifts. I’m going to North Dakota, Janette’s headed out to Denver.
I am heading out tonight to watch District 9, myself. I heard it was exceptional (by some). Thanks for a week of great posts!
@Panayiotis Pete Karabetis. You’re welcome, but thank you for visiting. Sincerely. Let me know what you think of D9. I’m going to Inglorious Basterds tonight.
