		<description>Josh, I work as an NLP Coach primarily with people with the ADHD diagnosis.
NLP is Neuro Linguistic Programming, and with the tools from NLP and a coaching approach, I can help them find resources that they didn&#039;t think they had. 
This can be anything from finding mental and thus physical calmness, over figuring out a way to manage time in their minds easily, to finding self worth.
I have my own business in Copenhagen, Denmark.</description>

		<description>Josh, Mindfulness is a form of meditation that helps you create the mental focus that you are describing during workout. Just without the workout.
The point being that it helps you access this state of perfect focus whenever you need to. For example in situations when you know the tics might become bad.
Jon Kabat-Zinn is known as the originator of the discipline Mindfulness, which has been widely studied by psychologists with great results on a lot of different mental distractors.
Now if you can&#039;t sit still for 5 seconds, I can see how quiet meditation could be a problem.
