Josh,

I have been a 'Neti pot' user in the past, with some good results. I must get it out and start using it again. Takes a while to get used to and can affect the sinuses if you don't get it right!
Anyone for admitting they use self enema kits?
Not sure if I should put my hand up if people think neti pots are disgusting.

Hi Josh,

I am not a fan of the neti pot but I love ear candles. Have you tried one? It certainly gets all the gunk out of your ears, and way more pleasant than an ear syringe.

Word. I love the pot as it eradicates my allergies...but the occasionally too warm or cold pot is harsh....

Oh man, I don't know. If you're up to it, go for it. I'd love to hear how it goes. I've never been a tea drinker so I'm not sure about the size of spouts. And there's no accounting for the size of various gaping nostrils. Good luck. Proceed at your peril:)

I'm sold. Although I suspect one doesn't actually need a specially branded comercial pot to do this. Would it work with a run-of-the-mill teapot?

I was so scared to try the neti pot, but it's not scary. It works, and it doesn't hurt. Mom still won't try it.
