Five minutes of kettlebells snatches is an incredible test of willpower, strength, pain tolerance, and gag reflex. The Tactical Strength Challenge gives you a chance to test them all in one hideous burst. This dapper animal in the red shorts is my monstrous brother-in-law, Ben. Notice my incredible referee skills. I’m not sure where I was looking in this picture, but I take 100% of the credit for all of Ben’s glory.

Indeed the glory should be yours. Were it not for your mad ref skills, and the thought of looking like a pansy in front of you and Lindsey, I’d have been a sweaty and broken heap on the ground by the fourth minute.

I did a kettle bell station workout for a while when I lived in LA a few months ago. It was crazy. One of the hardest workouts I have ever done. Looks like you are doing well.
