I just got invited to speak at Gettysburg, which is where the Pennsylvania Tourette’s folks have their Tourette’s camp.
How cool is that?
Now I’m off to grow a Civil War beard.
Also, I will try to photograph a ghost for you all.

Rad!
Josh, you have got to rock a top hat when you give your address to the (Tourette’s) union.
Congratulations, Josh.
You have a great site. It is now a personal bookmark.
In the last 6 months, I have purchased 3 kettle bells…#20, #35, and #40. I constantly get right wrist pain…even after proper technique…and right shoulder pain when snatching. This did not happen with barbells. I am 53y/o and not in “beach body” shape.
I’m laying off for a few weeks, then going back to my trusty 100lb barbell set. As a matter of fact, I did receive better results from my standard barbell/dumbbell set. Push ups included also.
We’re all incredibly different. I’m in the middle of a massive kettlebell layoff myself. If it hurts, don’t do it!
And thank you for the compliment. I hope you find a lot to enjoy here.
