Helen is the name of an incredibly challenging Crossfit workout.
Here’s the breakdown:
You do three rounds for time, meaning each of the following components, once completed back to back to back, is one round.
1. 400 meter run
2, 21 swings with a half pood kettlebell
3. 12 pullups
Doesn’t look so bad, right? I’ve had the extreme misfortune of trying Crossfit Helen a couple of times, and, as with most things Crossfit, it’s a lot harder than it seems like it would be. Whether or not that’s a good thing I’ll leave to you.
