If you’re a kettlebell nut and you’ve never tried the long cycle clean and jerk, or the jerk marathon as shown above, or you’ve never taken a stab at any of the GS events, they’re an eye-opener.
I use kettlebells several times a week but I could not even come near what is shown here without a couple of years of training, to the exclusion of just about everything else, I’d imagine. And who knows, I’m probably overestimating myself.
