If you’ve never done a barbell incline press, the first thing I would keep in mind is that your weight is probably going to drop from what you’re used to working with on flat bench.
With that in mind, this gent pressing 325 x 2 on the incline press probably has a pretty serious flat bench press. I always sucked at this lift. Even when my bench was above 315 (my highest was 330), my incline pressing was down around 250.
Anyway, if you’ve never tried it and you are interested in upper chest development, this is my favorite movement, even though I’m not great at it.
