Watch this video of powerlifter Brian Siders bench pressing 600 lbs for four reps, and then read through the first page of the youtube comments: there are a whole lot of people who can’t move that weight commenting on his form.
I’m not a powerlifter. I have no idea if this “counts” or not, but one thing is obvious: Brian Siders is a monstrously strong lifter. I have recently discovered him and Kendrick Farris (not sure how that took so long, particularly since I thought I watched the 2008 Olympic Games) and am always excited to find new strength athletes to watch.
