Name Something People Associate With A Christmas Carol

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens - Greatest opening line ever!

I know it’s a bit early to start writing 2011 Christmas posts, but I’ve got a reason. I was looking back at the archives of this blog yesterday and was surprised anew at how many posts are here.

Some make me smile, many make me laugh, and others make me groan and wonder what I was doing.

A post about the Cat Carol, which I nominated for Worst Christmas Song of All Time, made me laugh. And groan.

Much of the writing I do here simply comes out of association, so today I’m going to do another Family Feud questions entry:

Name something people associate with a Christmas Carol.

Setting the Gymboss timer for 30 seconds:

  • Figgy pudding
  • Annoying carolers
  • Silent Night(s)
  • Snow
  • Winter
  • Angels
  • Christ
  • Knocks on the door
  • Presents
  • Lord A Leapin’ (I always wondered what they had to leap about)
  • Mistletoe
  • Cheesy December radio playlists

That took a little longer than a minute, so I break my rule. Oh well.

The Cat Carol is truly awful. If you hear no other truth today, you heard that one.

Josh
