I chose this video because this guy makes it look so freaking easy that it’s possible to ignore just how much strength this movement requires.
My own progress got derailed when I coughed one of my ribs out during Salt Lake City’s horrific November of 2010 when the air was so disgusting that nobody could breathe. I’m just about ready to start chasing it again.
