I found this little pamphlet not too long ago. It is full of routines for guys in suits. It is also indescribably awesome. The look on his face says “You know, when I became an Executive, I thought I’d have to give up an active lifestyle. Well…look at me now!” And check out that honey of an Executive Assistant creeping up on the action!
