One Arm Barbell Snatch, plus a Turkish Get up, A Windmill, and more

Spoiler alert: If you ever watch Max Shank do anything, you probably aren’t going to feel very strong when you’re done.

That said, I still think you should watch this:

This is a one armed barbell snatch followed by all sorts of other strong nonsense. I never get tired of watching this guy lift.

    Wow. I was both motivated and demotivated by watching that.

    Just got my first kettlebell for my birthday. Going to read some Pavel now.

      Yeah, Max is a great example of the line between choosing to be inspired or intimidated. I nearly always manage to be inspired:)
