Once I started keeping my food journal, I was forced to confront this question over and over because I eat a ton of eggs. Depending on the size of the egg, I’m confident stating that there are between 6-7 grams of protein in each egg.
This is including the yolk, so if you’re an eggwhites-only eater and you want something to spice up your protein shakes, or you’re that rare species of yolks-only eater (never met one myself!), make sure you factor that in as well.
