Kettlebell Snatch Domination – Now Available

kettlebell snatch dominationNot too long ago, my friend Logan Christopher hit 301 snatches with the 24 kilo kettlebell…in 10 minutes. If that sounds like a lot, it is. In fact, only two other men that we know of have done it, the mighty John Brookfield and Valery Federenko.

And now Logan. He’s in pretty select company when it comes to the kettlebell snatch and I’m very happy to announce that his comprehensive DVD, Kettlebell Snatch Domination is now available. I’ve spent the last couple of weeks watching and rewatching the three DVDs.

Why so much material for this one movement? For one, there are different styles of snatching out there and everyone claims to be “right.” Logan explains both the hardstyle and Girevoy sport snatches, and talks a lot about the potential pros and cons of each–he’ll also introduce you to his own style and why he felt the need to do his own thing. This of course, has caused a lot of howling and pouting in the kettlebell world. “But but but, he’s doing it wrong!”

They have also suggested that if they were doing it the way he did it that they’d be able to hit 301 as well. This is…how you say?…pitiful. We’ll see how many of these Internet heroes back up their fussing with anything approximating more than mediocrity and a high Words Per Minute typing rate.

Logan has had a lot of fun with the haters and I have enjoyed it as well. While the rest of the kb world takes to the Internet to defend the honor of a snatch lockout that can never reciprocate their insane devotion and adoration, he is busy getting it done because he values being better over being “right.”

Those three DVDs

The main reason for three DVDs on the kb snatch is this: you’ll never need another product on this exercise. He says on disc one that he wanted to leave no stone unturned, and he didn’t.

If you want to learn how to do what he did, please check out Kettlebell Snatch Domination.  Logan lowered the price at the last minute just to get it into more people’s hands, so if you want to know how to snatch a kettlebell better, there is nothing else out there that is this comprehensive.

Logan is a doer, not a talker. I’m proud to know him and support his product, which is top notch. I expect big things from him in the future and I know that he’ll deliver, because he holds himself to a very high standard of personal excellence, both in his physical feats and in his life.

And once you get started and your numbers shoot through the roof, I’d love to hear about it!

Let’s get after it.

One of my favorite pass-times of the last few days has been checking in on the thread on this on the Dragon Door forum. Wow. It is so funny yet so sad all at the same time. “But Logan! There are infants in Siberia who can snatch a 32kg 400 times!”
