Strength Training Log – 2/28/11 Barbell Squats and Rows

Very good session tonight. More box squats testing well. I put 245 on and was able to squat a bunch of singles very quickly. I was also able to hit a bunch of barbell rows with 225, a weight I had never tried before.

Also broke out the axle and did a few curls with just the bar, which is 75 lbs. I’m getting intrigued by the idea of a 180 pound strict curl. I can currently hit 145.
