I’ve been friends with Mike Nelson for a couple of years now. Every single time I talk to him he is smarter. And he should be. Mike is a scientist and spends most of his time performing experiments in the lab and reading studies that are impenetrable to me. And he trains and he tests, on himself and on his clients.
He is also a great teacher, which is not always the case with academics. Mike is able to break down complex concepts in such a way that they become impossible to misunderstand, even for a layman like yours truly.
Today I’m very excited to announce that after a long time putting it together, Mike is releasing a product called The Truth About Carbs, Protein, and Fats.
I’ve been experimenting with the methods and concepts in this product for a few months now and I’ve never looked or felt better. Mike teaches how a person can use the various types of fuel—carbs, protein, and fat—more efficiently, more often. This is called Metabolic Flexibility, but that’s not a very catchy title, so I’m glad he didn’t use it.
In short, Met Flex is a way to keep eating more of what you love, but still lose fat and gain muscle. It’s simple but elegant and I’m proud to be one of the first he chose to experiment with.
